ACQUISITIONS
Item 1:
Coflexip 5000psi dynamic hoses , 2 x 3” bore , 1 x 5” bore 200m long ,with external stainless steel outer cover, ods 145mm and 230 mm, manufactured July / August 1991
General
Hoses are suitable for well intervention works, production or gas lift. Can be provided on a powered reel along with other pipes for rental or purchase. Pipe has been stored dry on land on 2.6m core reel since manufacture.
Condition
3” - Pipe is in as new condition and pressure tested to 5500psi with DNV witness
5” – Pipe is in good condition. A small outer skin cut near one end will be repaired during testing. Will be pressure tested to 5500psi with DNV witness
Design Data
Double armour wire, smooth bore, MBR for storage approx 1.0m for 3”, 1.2m for 5”. Bend stiffeners are fitted to each end of the pipe.
End Fittings
3” – Both ends are fitted with API 16BX 3.1/16” 15000psi flange for BX154 seal rings
5” – Both ends are fitted with API 16BX 5.1/8” 10000psi flange for BX169 seal rings

Item 2:
Wellstream 3756psi dynamic production riser for sweet service, 6” nominal bore,155m long
General
The hose was part of a steep wave system on a North Sea floating production vessel. It was removed from service due to replacement with higher temperature riser to meet changing field conditions.
Condition
Pipe is in serviceable condition with limited life for high temperature applications. Full engineering study available on request for fluid barrier life prediction. Pipe has been tested to 1.1 x design pressure with DNV witness.
Design Data
Dynamic riser design with double armour wire, rilsan (nylon) pressure sheath and AISI 316 carcass. Design pressure 3756 psi. MBR for storage 1.54m,max operating temp 90° C.
End Fittings
Topside – 8GR62 Grayloc (seal ring 62)
Subsea – API 6BX 10K 7.1/16” Flange , BX156 gasket
Face, bore and seal surfaces clad with Inconel 625
